The last day: 9.45 am, we left the hostel for Westminster Abbey. This time everyone was on time and we had no trouble getting to the underground. After a quick ride with the tube we arrived at Westminster abbey. There were a few problems while standing in the queue. The main issue included one of the guards who didn't seem to like our presence. Mr. Writer was slightly agitated, because the guard in question made us wait for a group of French schoolkids and a group of elderly people who both were allowed to enter the Abbey before us even though our ticket indicated that we should have been first. Westminster Abbey was very interesting with all its graves and its importance to the Royal family. After that we went to the Imperial War Museum which had an impressive exhibitition about the holocaust. Then we had some time off to explore London for the last time. At 4 pm we started the journey back home. We almost got on the wrong train because mr Writer misinterpreted a sign at the train station. This situation made Ms. the Button stress possibly for the last time this 'workweek', but we left the train just in time. At the airport some of us ate a delicious cookie dough with ice cream. Just like last Firiday, the plane was delayed, but is was only 20 minutes this time.
The ICP group made it home safely and they lived happily ever after.
